Mini Virtual Programs (MVP)

During Covid, EBHQ changed our monthly Monday night lectures and Meetups to a virtual format. To our surprise attendance at both was much higher than in-person. We pulled in members who had difficulty getting to the churches evenings, and welcomed new members from all parts of the state, and the country.

As we contemplate the return to in-person activities, we want our quilting community to stay connected, both our new faraway members and locals who are close by but who don’t want to travel at night.

Our vision for Mini Virtual Programs is to provide virtual educational sessions which will showcase textile artists who will speak on a pot-pourri of quilting topics, or demonstrate a variety of quilting techniques, styles and methods.

The goal of MVP is to allow our entire EBHQ family to continue to have access to educational presentations virtually.

  • Each program will be 1 to 4 hours in length.
  • There will be a modest charge for each program.
  • The pricing will vary, depending on the artist, style and length of the program.
  • Member pricing will be discounted compared to non-members.
  • Each program will be held during the first two weeks of the month.  The day and time may vary.  There will be no program in December.

We are always looking for ideas and recommendations for artists.
