Before you cancel, please read the Programs Policy and Cancelation page.

How to Cancel an program registration:

Log in to the website.  Click on your name then click on View Profile.  See example below.

When you are in My Profile click on My program registrations.

You will now see a list of all the programs that you have signed up for.

Locate the program you wish to cancel and click on the title.  See below.

You will then be directed to the program page, see below. Click on Already registered.

You will then see the screen shown below.  There are just two scenarios:

1.  If you are within the cancelation period, you will see the gray Cancel registration button as shown below, click on it.

2.  If the gray Cancel button is not there, click on administrator and an email screen will open. Tell your story, hit send.

After clicking on the Cancel registration button, you will see that your registration was canceled successfully.
