Every quilt will be cherished, whether simple in design or very fancy indeed. The children do not mind if seams are a little crooked or that points in your patchwork do not exactly match. More important is the love and concern stitched into your quilts.
Baby or toddler quilts - 36" x 42" - baby and juvenile fabrics work best. Baby quilts could be hand-tied, but both baby and tween sizes will get lots of washings, so machine quilting would be preferred.
Tween quilts - 50" x 60" - cheerful fabrics but not too juvenile
Larger Quilts - twin size, full or queen. These are for teens aging out of foster care and for disaster relief. These larger quilts require machine or long-arm quilting which DDCQP will help arrange.
