Members: We Need Your Input

As many of you are already aware, the last Voices in Cloth show was a challenge.  

Those challenges include:

• We were forced to change our venue from the Craneway to the Kaiser Center

• Loss of vendors due to a smaller venue but also due to less vendor availability or interest.  This is not unique to our show - PIQF has had fewer vendors year over year. 

• Fewer members are willing to volunteer

• Attendance was down. 

These challenges were not unique to this show—WE HAVE SEEN THIS TREND FOR THE PAST 3-4 SHOWS. This is however, the first show to have cost the guild—we lost almost $10,000. A loss like this is not sustainable for our guild.

As a result we are in the process of transforming or redesigning our show.  We need your thoughts and ideas.
