Virtual Workshop - Mini Landscape Quilt

This is a one day 3 hour workshop,

Please join us for a half day workshop on easy mini landscape quilting using fused applique techniques. You may choose to make an 8” x 10” or 5” x 7” quilt. Some sample landscape background designs will be provided. Learn the techniques Rachel likes to use to create fantasy landscape quilts full of color and depth. We will create a background by piecing the sky, mountains and water then use it as a canvas on which to add more trees, mountains, foliage and moon or sun.

Students will finish the quilt in class or may perhaps, make more than one. Quilting and facing will be demonstrated and discussed. You also have the option of just having a zig-zag edge if you plan to mat and frame your mini quilt.
