We have all done it - thought we would spend 5 minutes on social media, just to find we are still scrolling an hour later. Just to walk away and find ourselves questioning our own self worth. This is not OK!

There are ways to put yourself in control of your dragon and use social media to your creative advantage. Learn how to use Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, and even Facebook as a reliable resource for what YOU need. After taming my dragon, I have now found ways to flag what inspires me, and know how to get back to it quickly for a creative boost when I need it.

Let's talk about healthy ways to use social media as a productive tool to boost creativity, access tutorials quickly, and find the information we are looking for without wasting an entire afternoon looking.
