Nancy Katz - Color. Pattern. Community. A Timeless Journey.

Artist Nancy Katz will illustrate her journey from an EBHQ member in the 1980s to a volunteer and staff person with the AIDS Memorial Quilt, to a silk painter, to a stained glass designer, and most recently, to an artist who combines gouache painting with modern technology to create colorful, contemporary textiles— forever thinking and operating as a quilter.

Roll The Dice!  - Vanina Doce-Mood

Roll the dice is a FUN way of creating. Each month, we will explore new design possibilities with elements of art, colors, and even feelings! while leaving everything to chance. This is a great exercise to get out of your comfort zone, build your creativity, and discover new opportunities. Come play with us!

Valentine Exchange - Get Inspired

Our second Valentine Exchange takes place next month. You can send a fabric postcard, paper valentines, a box of candy or whatever you like to your partner. In January's Quilters Gather we’ll give you some creative ideas so you have time to prepare. Sign up for the Valentiine Exchange when you register for February’s Quilters Gather by entering "Yes" for the Postcard Exchange..

Show and Tell: Please share your current projects with us. Email photos to ebhquilters.gather@gmail.com at least1 day before the next session, and we will include them in the slide show presentation. We want to see what you’re up to!  Same goes for the postcard exchange - any you have sent or received.
