Upcycled Materials and Non-traditional Design Methods
In this virtual lecture, LUKE Haynes will talk about his work over the nearly 20 years he has created quilts through the lens of sustainability and architecture. He has created nearly 400 quilts and the vast majority of those were constructed out of used fabric and reclaimed textiles.
Come hear him talk about the trials of using non-traditional material and the experience of being a full-time quilt maker exhibiting all over the world.
This lecture will be recorded.
