I am hoping to get a little of your time to complete the survey below.  As a Guild we are currently struggling to get volunteers for key positions and we are an ALL volunteer organization.  We would like to better understand how and why all of you volunteer.  This would inform how we approach recruiting volunteers going forward and what we could do to make volunteering more approachable so our guild can continue to thrive.  Thank you!
