Postcard Work Party for VIC 2024

Come make postcards together and/or learn how to make them. Sarah and Diane, VIC postcard coordinators, will be available to answer questions and show you how. This event will be held at Bay Quilts. It's more fun to make postcards together!

The sales from postcards at Voices in Cloth is one of the major fundraisers for EBHQ. Our goal is to have 2000 postcards ready to sell. As of today, we have not yet reached 1000. We need your help.

We will provide pre-cut thick fusible bases, pre-printed postcard backs, parchment paper for ironing, lots of scraps, irons and ironing boards, limited cutting mats and rotary cutters, Wonder Under and other light weight double sided fusible interfacing.

Although not required, if you plan to sew you should bring a sewing machine. Also bring a small cutting mat, scissors and a rotary cutter, and your enthusiasm! Optional things to bring: scraps, double sided fusible interfacing, different color threads.

As space is limited for this FREE event, attendance will be limited to 20 participants, so sign up early to reserve a spot.  Also, if all the spots have been taken, join the waitlist.
