Broken Grids: Variation on a Theme: Lattice Quilts

Sign-up starts: Members 0702/2024 and Non-Member 08/01/2024

Students will explore different techniques to create a variation on a Broken Grid “lattice” block. Value and color play vital roles in this design, and we will analyze how fabrics interact with each other to create visual interest. The building blocks can be incorporated into a wall hanging that can be finished in class, or students may choose to continue building into a larger scale project.
