Jill Fisher is an improvisational quilter from Iowa City, IA. Her specialty is working in a series with solids and telling stories with her quilts. Jill will present her lecture and virtual trunk show, “Unlocking the Joy in Scraps” in which she shares how to be inspired by what you have in front of you.
