Workshop Policy during Covid-19 

Workshop Registration

  • Workshops are open to both members and non-members.
  • You may pay online by credit card or by mailing a check. Due to USPS slowdowns mail ASAP. Contact EBHQWorkshops@gmail.com for address.
Full Payment is due when you sign up and secures your place in the workshop.
  • If you choose to pay by check: 
  • Write separate checks for each workshop and note the workshop in the memo line
  • Checks should be made payable to EBHQ.
  • Checks for the workshop are cashed upon receipt to the treasurer. 
  • If your payment has not been received one week before the workshop, your place will be given to a person on the wait list.

Registration fees for workshops are:  Members        Non-members 

one-day:                         $60                         $75

two-day:                        $120                      $150  You cannot sign up for only one day 

Registration begins at the educational session as outlined in the schedule below.


*No workshops in July, November and December

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, please notify the workshop chair as soon as possible.

A full refund of the fee you paid to secure your space will be given only
  • if you cancel 30 days prior to the workshop or 
  • if we can replace you from the waiting list (if there is one)  or
  • if you find your own replacement.
There are no partial refunds for cancelling one day of a two day workshop.
