Background fabric at least 20” X 25”

Fabric for pattern according to pattern requirements.
(You can choose from one of three patterns for this workshop, Yellow Poppies, Red Poppies, or Yellow Cone Flower.) Go to the Workshops page of the class you are taking to find the link and look for the requirements for the pattern you have chosen or click here for fabric requirements. When choosing your fabrics for the pattern, choose fabrics that are varying in shade from each other such as the reds in Red Poppies. Make sure you can see the difference between each red from light to dark. This makes your design have more definition. Refer to the photos of the patterns you will find on the patterns page of her website or click here for pattern page.

Paint brushes:
½ angular, 10 angular or flat, ¼ angular, 1/8 angular, 10/0 flat, (I get mine at Michael’s or a craft store). This is a good mix of sizes; I like to have very fine brushes for detail work. Painting is demonstrated in this class. Students can begin to paint on their projects if they have finished fusing them so bring brushes if you think you might want to do this.

Supplied by teacher: $15 required fee for supplies covers these items:

Pattern for the workshop (which will be brought to class by Lenore. Choose from one of three patterns: Yellow Poppies, Red Poppies, or Yellow Cone Flower noted on her website at http://www.lenorecrawford.com/workshop.html), fusible web (Misty Fuse), parchment paper, freezer paper, fabric paints – Lenore will demonstrate how to use fabric paints in this class
